Yes. Mixing a small amount into your moisturizer or SPF is a popular way to use it. Be aware that the iron oxides may shift warm when mixed with oil-based products, so patch testing on the jaw or neck first is recommended before applying all over.

As a dry powder: Sprinkle a small amount onto clean fingertips or a brush and dust lightly over areas of redness to conceal and calm.
As a spot treatment: Add a few drops of water to a small amount of powder to form a paste, apply directly to the area of irritation, allow to dry, then remove with warm water.
As a soothing mask: Mix with water to a thin paste, apply to cleansed skin, allow to dry completely, then remove with warm water and follow with serum and moisturizer.
