After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount evenly to the face and neck as the last step in your evening routine. Leave on overnight. For the first four weeks apply nightly. After four weeks, continue nightly or reduce to twice a week as a maintenance routine. Alternatively, apply and leave on for 30 minutes then rinse with tepid water for a quick refresh.
