Designed for daily use, Hydrinity Prelude Facial Treatment Cleanser contains gentle resurfacing AHA’s, botanicals, antioxidants, and fulvic acid to effectively cleanse away make-up, excess oils, and impurities all while maintaining a healthy, balanced biome.

Salvia Hispanica Seed Extract
Derived from Chia seeds, this powerhouse ingredient is packed with antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and anti-inflammatory compounds which help protect the skin and maintain a balanced skin barrier.

Jojoba Seed Oil
Extracted from the Jojoba plant, this soothing oil closely matches our own natural sebum. As a rich source of fatty acids and antioxidants, it enhances skin’s restorative properties and provides skin soothing benefits.

Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice
This botanical extract provides soothing, hydrating, and anti-inflammatory properties, including antioxidant support with vitamins C and E.

Organic Botanical AHAs
This proprietary mix of gentle AHAs works to enhance skin exfoliation, promote cellular turnover, and improve overall skin tone and texture.

Twice daily, gently massage two pumps onto a damp face and neck for at least one minute. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.

Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders with total product amounts indicated on the top site banner. Shipping options do not count towards the order total.

Fast Shipping

We ship every day (Mon - Sat) from our clinic in New York City. Most packages arrive between 1-3 days from ordering, depending on the distance. It is not unusual for packages to NY, NJ, and CT to arrive next day. Rare circumstances may prevent shipping on the same day.

International Shipping

For international orders, all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"

Sometimes packages are incorrectly marked delivered. Carriers can pre-mark at the beginning of shifts, or when running behind in order to meet target metrics. Most packages marked delivered are received within the following 2 days. LAZ Skincare has no ability to address this issue.

If an order is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake.  If your package has not arrived within 3 business days of being marked "Delivered," file a missing mail inquiry with the USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com/.

LAZ Skincare cannot refund or replace a missing order marked "Delivered" if USPS Ground Advantage is selected for delivery.

"Pre-Shipment, Awaiting Item"

LAZ Skincare packs and ships all orders the same or next day, Monday - Saturday. However, some events can prevent "origin scans" from the carriers registering acceptance of the package. These include but are not limited to: carriers not making their scheduled pickups, carriers not turning their pickups into the processing centers, processing center staff not scanning packages in a timely manner, processing center staff missing origin scans completely.

If you have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, your order has been packed and will be turned over to the shipping service on that or the next day. If a package is "stuck" on this status, that means the shipping carrier has missed an origin scan for one of the reasons mentioned above. The status will be updated by the carrier at the next stop in transit.

Returns

We cannot refund or accept returns of opened or used products.

Any item that is unopened, unused and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap, when applicable) can be returned within 60 days of purchase. To request return information, reply to your order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a return would lower an order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost for that order will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Orders containing products bought in quantities of 5 or more (of the same item) cannot be returned. Products that have been defaced, including stickers, cannot be returned. Products that have had a recent packaging change by the manufacturer cannot be exchanged for alternative packaging.

Any opened, damaged, soiled, or ineligible products returned to us will be discarded and cannot be reshipped out or refunded.

Adverse Reactions

We cannot refund or accept returns of opened or used products, even in the case of adverse reactions. If you have reactive or sensitive skin, it is highly recommended to book a consultation prior to purchase. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, we recommend you stop using it immediately and schedule a consultation to review your skin and adjust your skincare regimen.

Damaged Products

If a product is received damaged, reply to your order confirmation email (including a clear picture of the damaged product) and we will send a replacement out to you at no cost. We cannot replace or refund damaged products without a photo or video clearly showing the damage.

Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong product, reply to your order confirmation email (including a clear picture of the order) and we will send the correct product out to you at no cost. We will also include a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use the original packaging to return the wrong product.

Missing / Lost Packages

f an order does not arrive within 20 days (Domestic) or 40 days (International) from the shipment date, we will file an insurance claim and replace your order, once you complete the insurance form that we will provide. If your package has not arrived within 20 days (Domestic) or 40 days (International) from the shipment date, reply to your order confirmation email and we begin the replacement process. Our insurance provider does not allow refunds or replacements earlier than 20 days (Domestic) or 40 days (International) from the shipment date.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping an order and that order is returned to LAZ Skincare, we can re-ship it to a corrected address as notified by the customer. Free shipping does not apply to this second round of shipping. If a package is accepted and not returned from an incorrect customer-provided address, LAZ Skincare cannot refund or replace the order. If a package is marked "Return to Sender" or "Unclaimed" by the postal service and returned to LAZ Skincare, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us of the corrected shipping address. Returned packages will be held 14 days.

If LAZ Skincare ships an order to an incorrect address (not provided by the customer), we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping Times

LAZ Skincare makes a best effort to ship orders the same day, Monday - Saturday. We ship orders via USPS and UPS and cannot guarantee a delivery date or speed of delivery. Delays from shipping carriers (due to weather, staffing, technology issues, etc.) are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.

Chargebacks

Customers agree not to use chargebacks as the primary method of dispute resolution when other options are available. Customers are explicitly not entitled to chargebacks on missing orders marked "Delivered" by carriers if they did not select Signature Confirmation as the shipping method. Filing a chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the user's account.
