Environ Skin EssentiA Botanical Infused Moisturising Toner is a non-stripping, moisture-rich toner formulated to hydrate, refresh, and prime the skin between cleansing and vitamin A moisturizer application. It contains niacinamide, lactic acid, panthenol, and a blend of botanical extracts that leave skin feeling balanced, supple, and more receptive to everything applied afterward. Contains fragrance.
