If I’m using hypochlorous acid, when should I apply SIV?
Since hypochlorous acid can disrupt the skin’s microbiome and may kill the spores in SIV, it’s best to avoid pairing them. But if you do use both, apply the hypochlorous spray first, wait 10–15 minutes, and then apply SIV so the spores have the best chance to thrive.
Can I use it with my other skincare products?
Yes, this serum layers well with most routines. Apply after cleansing and before heavier creams or oils to let the spore technology and hydration work effectively.

How to Use Biome Balancing Serum
- Before use, shake the dropper vigorously, until the bottom of the dropper is clear, to disperse Bacillus spores throughout the serum.
- Apply 2-5 drops directly to face (clean & dry) once daily and gently massage and then pat into skin.
- For optimal results: apply after toner and before moisturizer.
