What is the difference between Nectifirm and Nectifirm Advanced?

The original Nectifirm is formulated for early to moderate signs of aging on the neck and uses five peptides, botanical extracts, and antioxidants. Nectifirm Advanced targets moderate to advanced aging and adds microbiome technology, smart antioxidant technology, DEJ and ECM enhancement, and three additional peptides for a total of eight. Can I use a face moisturizer on my neck instead?
